Sir I m felling very upset due to gas problem , indigestion, constipation, sometimes I feel chest pain due to gas from last two three days, what should I do.

I am having gastro problem from last 2 days when ever i eat something except from fruits my stomach release belch pls suggest something

After covid feeling pain at stomach kind of gas issue and also laterine not clearing properly. Pls suggest medicines or treatment

From last 11 days I have acidity and mild fever. It started with 99.8 fever and a lot of acidity with chest burning sensation. Got rt pcr done - negative. Took nexpro rd for next few days and acidity subsided for a few days. 3 days back again got rt pcr and blood test done as had 99.2/99.3 temperature and a lot of acidity. Doctor advised augmentin which reduced fever. Once in a day it goes to 99.1/99.2 Have a weird sensation while peeing. Doctor has informed I have h. Pylori infection and given pyloflush, augmentin, colimex, pantocid and mps o gel and librax. Please refer to blood test report as well. Does h. Pylori cause low grade temperature? Are my reports normal? Is it covid which might be causing temperature. I have no other symptoms of covid. Today is the 11th day since this started

I took first dose of covieshield vaccine on 10th May . Now  after food my stomach become full gas is formed. And after half an hour I have to go to toilet. Is it normal?

I am suffering upper left side stomach pain I am into village due to corona so we dont have good dr here plz help me for the treatment going on is correct path . I have attached sonography report and medicine prescription. I am taking this medicine and its cover almost 60-70 persentage of pain but still have pain in my stomach upper left side. Please suggest me the medicine can I continue or need to do other test as well. Also I have fourth moth baby so plz suggest according this if u prescribe any medicine.

Covid positive in November 2020 but got recovered under home isolation, blood pressure is Normal and blood sugar ranges from 170-200, but Mother is complaining less Hunger , some time acidity although takes Gasex tablet from Himalya and Pan D also Gastrointestinal problem.

I always had acidity issues which turns up with headache and get so severe that I have to take dolo or crosin but the frequency have increased now in this month twice I took dolo 650 due to severe headache and acidity kindly guide and some tips

Hii the mother has diabities ..she diagnosis with fatty liver 6 years back ...now she diagnosis with hepatomegaly with fatty liver...she has pain in right side of abdominal and having vomiting from last 1 month loss of appetite.. is this serious problem we did sonography and some blood test..her blood sugar fasting is 256. And blood test results like =s.billrubin is 1.0 s.creatinine is 1.0 SGPT is 57, I m concerned is this too high...I am attaching reports here please have a look...can we treat hepatomegaly fatty liver iss this hepatomegaly only yaa another liver cirrhosis disease ?please guide.. my mother is in small town.. due to covid cases we can't take any risk with hospital visit..we scared if she catch virus her immunity is already very weak.. can we treat this situation with medicines for now..
