Dear Doctor, How to minimise the side effects of vaccines ? Am 47 years old and what should be body pre conditions for a first dose of vaccine ,? What foods I have to avoid upon  getting the first dose of vaccine? Does probiotics like yoghurt help to keep the digestive system in tact after first dose ?

Since two weeks I am having anus irritation/itchiness and pain (when I poop). There is no blood involved and bowel movements seems to be fine. It's just the pain and irritation.

I want to know if I can take enzar forte for extended period of time till covid resolves cause my course was of 1 month which is now completed but as I left taking medicine indigestion has returned I can't go to doc now.
