Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hi. There's suddenly high breakout of acne that leaves black spots on my face. It's hot and humid where I live, and my skin is neither too oily nor too dry. Regular washing my face with herbal facewash and scrubbing is not working. I drink plenty of water and less oily home-made food. Also, dandruff has been a long problem, for which I do regular shampoo and conditioning every week. Is there any medicine (topical or otherwise) that can reduce the acne breakout? Also is there any specific diet to go with? I used to have pimples infrequently, but this is too much. Thanks in advance.

Hello, myself swapnil male age 29 from mumbai. My hair is dry, fruzzy and demaged and my scalp is oily. my scslp gets oily quikly due to which i have dandruff problem and dry frizzy hairs. My hairs are slso turning grey. I have slight work and family stress, i even drink a lot of water like 2-3 litres. I have tried various products.. but none worked. Face has grown a pimple and now there is swelling and a little pain in the whole jaw area where the pimple is present. I am using amoxy 500 tablets. Is it enough? Previous to this also a pimple grew near the same region of face. I poped it and after that there was swelling. With amoxy tablets the swelling and pain went but still there is little tight spot at that region but now another pimple is causing trouble.
