I have dandruff in my hair for last three months... My hair is falking a lot... Getting thin... I have taking medicine trichiton and xgain shampoo and 8x shampoo and ixmia xl serum fortwo weeks but no improvement... Any alternate?

I have hairfall since 3 months.Within 3 months i guess i loose my 40-50% hairs and also i have noticed a sometimes white bulb at end of hair.I am lossing my hairs from all over my scalp.Is it male pattern (As in MPB hair fall starts from temples and crown area and it is a long process) but i loose many in 3 months.So is it MPB or telogen effuvium.
