Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

For the last 3 days there are red rashes in my hand from elbow to back side of palm in both hands. Sometimes it seems to be getting well but sometimes it increases.

My knees, underarms, and elbows have turned black so I just wanted to consult with the same. I have been working out lately and so sweat a lot. What should I do for this? I don't use any deodorants or perfumes in these areas.

My brother in law is having some sort of cyst in the cheeks, both sides. Its appeared suddenly. Looks like it is paining. Few months back he had it, then it disappeared after 2 weeks. Again it appeared now. Is there any diet, medication, ointment or treatment for this.

Dandruff and hair fall issue with itchy scalp. Hair fall has been started for last one month. But suffering from dandruff problem for last 6 month.

Hi from past 3 4 weeks I have very very dry lips. They are very scaly. Have tried applying everything from petroleum jelly to mustard oil to ghee. Nothing seems to be working and they are getting drier each day. There is a slight burning sensation and it feels the skin above the upper lips is shrinking which is causing cuts on the lips. There is no side cuts though.

I am using a undereye cream gel...ingridients list- Water, Glycerin, Chenopodium Quinoa Seed Extract, Propanediol, Olive Oil PEG-7 Esters, Water, Butylene Glycol,Scutellaria baicalensis Root Extract, Disodium EDTA, Sodium Hyaluronate, Tetrahydrocurcumin, Acetyl Tetrapeptide 5, Sodium Acrylate/Sodiu Acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer, Palmitoyl tripeptide-5, Panthenol,Algae extract, DMDM Hydantoin (and) Iodoproynyl Butylcarbamate, Fragrance Is it good for sensitive skin? Is it effective?

I have noticed red spots on palm . I am just recovering from a fever. And had tingling of hands and legs from past 5 days which is alleviating now and I saw these spots on my palm. Is this something to worry about?

Hi my wife is having neck TB scar on her left side of the neck just above the collar bone, she is feeling depressed due to the scar on her neck. Is there any way by which her scar can be removed should we try the scar removal cream like mederma or no marks or we go either for the laser treatment or for the plastic surgery for the scar treatment.Kindly find the attached image of the Neck TB scar.
