Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Painful acne & pimples are appearing on my face(cheeks), forehead,b/w eyebrows and neck... please help

I have been taking Collagen powder from couple of months..the results were good..but I wanted to know a exit strategy for this routine as I don't want to be committed forever with this routine... . . I am asking this because I know that sudden stopage may lead to some unforeseen breakouts, dullness or anything like that is not preferable... . . How can I stop using this with zero or near to zero side effects... . . Good Alternatives to Collagen powder will also be preferable...I need an holistic strategy so that I do not miss on anything good... . . Regards

Finger started turning rough, dry, black and getting like paper cuts due to dryness. It was in one finger, now it's spreading in other fingers too.. Having very severe hair loss and  severe dark circles. Consulted a doc, she told skin condition maybe due to chemicals in soap and suggested to use moisturizer and gloves while washing. Took hemoglobin, ferritin, thyroid, zinc serum blood tests as suggested by doc. Only zinc serum value (166)is higher than the normal value, rest all showing normal values.. Dont know what might be the problem, kindly help

I do exercise usually. But after exercise, there is smell in my sweat. Even after sweat gets dried, the clothes still smell. Is this a serious problem?

From past 1 month there is a lot of hair fall which is happening, a good amount of 150- 200 strands of hair fall is there every day. My hair has thinned a lot, though there is no patches visible but my hair volume has reduced to 1/4th of what it was a month ago. Few hair strands comes out with the root bulb attached to it and few just fall like that. Though I understand this weather does cause hair fall but this time it is unimaginable.. I have this black spot in my hand back side and have slight fever since last 3 days (99F) , I searched in Google it's showing me skin cancer. The spot is black in colour not lumpy or painful. Just a black dot. Kindly suggest, I have attached pic for your reference.
