I am having fungal infections in private area since 2 months iam using candid b cream but no result so can you give solution

Hello doctor from past few years.I am seeing that my neck under arms and inner thigh are becoming dark. I intend to know Is it some skin infection. If there is an infection I can go under medical examination waiting for your positive response thank you.

Hi I have traveller back from Rajasthan to Mumbai 3 days back and now I have this on my food and hand as you can see in the pictures.
