Yes, you can use it..The frequency of application depends on the severity of your seb derm.. If you are a diagnosed case of seborrhic dermatitis of scalp you can start using it once weekly on your scalp , massage gently on scalp, keep for 5 mins and rinse it off with water.. Discontinue use ,if any irritation develops.
