Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have itching and flaky skin since one week it look so ugly please help me out what should I apply.

I have uneven skin tone on my face, and I have Sebo dermatitis.. Should I consult Dermatologist or Cosmetologist . Please suggest me.

I am having Telogen Effluvium problem after recovering from Typhoid. I am experiencing a very severe hairfall. I met dermatologist and she prescribed me Bioroot ( Content -Biotin, Vitamins, Minerals ) , Dutawin (Dutasteride Tablets 0.5 mg) , Yuzcal ( Calcium and Vitamin D3) , AeliusD3 ( Vit -D3,Choledaciferol Capsules USP ) and Minoxidil MX-5.  I have been taking these medicines with a protein rich diet, however I see no improvement in my hairfall problem. Are the above mentioned medicines are enough or Should I do PRP /Mesotherapy to control hairfall ? Please Suggest Which procedure would be most effective for telogen effluvium problem. Thanks in Advance

Did you check the picture and pescription. Are the medicines and lotion okay to continue? Or, do you want to change it. The present Dermatologist whom we have sown is a very senior and experienced doctor.
