Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Infection on toe under nail. It is there for last 6 months. Also there is boil toe thumb. Attached pictures.  Age 16 years boy. Pl suggest remedy. Thank you.

This is my knee photo. my knee is very dark so what should i do for normal skin color by that area.

I was taking allopathic treatment for hairloss,but due to the medicines such as finasteride I was a bit worried about its side effects in long run, so can I switch to homeopathic treatment as for the past 5 months I haven't taken any medicine and my hair again started thinning and hair loss again started. Also can I go with minoxidil for external use along with homeopathic medicines instead of allopathic medicines?? Will it be beneficial in this case..

The problem started 1 year ago in winters , skin of foot and hands started cracking, and also blood comes out from foot while walking aur any work in hands too... Kindly prescribe medication.
