Pl look at picture , it's seems it's not black heads as it's not going away after uses of so many products of black heads removal & mutiple cleaning at saloon since years . Plz suggest how to get rid of this ! It's look skin blackening at Nose . Suggest me any effective ointment for the same .

Suffering from itchy scalp and dandruff due which huge hair fall. Tried all shampoo and hair spa but no use. Used shampoo like loriel instant clear, protor k, protor scalp , keraglo AD. But no use please suggest .
