I am attaching pics of my wife skin. She is developing this on hands, shoulder, hips etc. Pls advice wat is this and wat needs to be done. It's not itchy.

It's probably just dryness. Don't use too much soap and hot water. Apply moisturiser twice daily. If it persisits, consult online.
