I have been prescribed with isotroin 10 mg for acne problem. Will isotroin 10 mg dries up hair? If yes, what measures should be taken to prevent that?

Hello doctor Currently I'm facing very bad skin condition with black patches on skin all around my mouth and chin. Also I'm having pimples marks on my face which looks very bad. Please suggest me some good scar removal cream or ointment. I am attaching photos of my face for your reference.

Whenever I wash my hair I get severe hairfall for next 24-30 hours from the roots. My scalp is oily and the lengths are rough and dry. However, there are no visible patches on my scalp. I have been facing this prob from a year now and I can notice that I have lost a lot of volume compared to last year. Last year after consulting a doc and getting myself tested I found lack of Vitamin D, for which I took suppliments. The prob for hairfall is still there and has greatly affected my self confidence.  Currently just taking Seven seas for vitamin deficiency. Hi, I am facing a lot of hair fall from the past few months. My hair was thick and strong. Now it breaks very easily and it falls from the roots. I lose a lot of hair during hair wash too. Even when detangled using fingers it breaks from the roots very easily. It's become weak and frizzy. What are the remedies or precautions I can follow to reduce this?

I'm a 24years old F, my hair slowly started thinning and falling especially in the frontal and temple area. I was obese earlier but now my weight is under control. I don't have pcos or thyroid. Hb level is 12. Testosterone and estrogen levels are in range . I'm also taking biotin and omega supplements. I eat well and exercise daily. Is there anything that will help me except minoxidil ? Or any other test that I should get done?
