What are the options for treating shallow atrophic scars apart from laser...I have done the first laser session but there is prolonged erythema ..so what are the other options for me to treat the scars

I have been recently diagnosed with hypothyroidism and on levothyroxine 75 mcg for about 2.5 months. The TSH levels are gradually coming down....from 13 to 6, but I'm having severe hair fall. I know hypothyroidism causes hair fall and medication can also contribute to some extent...but I want to how long does it take for hair fall to be controlled, any suggestions or precautions to be taken for a better resolution.
