Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hair lost from one place as shown in pic there is a circle type pach... Plz suggest what is this and how the treatment..

Is losing 30 to 40 strands of hair on a daily basis considered a hairfall issue ? If yes what things should I do to prevent hairfall.i don't have any comorbidties

He is having this infection since 2 weeks now, he doesn't burn but it itches and it is all over the hands and legs and the chest area sometimes on itching, transparent fluid oozing out from the surface is seen and most of them are just painless itchy red papules over the skin. please suggest a possible treatment

Age 35 male weight 82 height 176 cm,non diabetic,non alcoholic,no hypertension,profession merchant navy. I am suffering from red spots on ,nose,stomach,hands and back. the size of red mole/spot increasing slowly.dryness is there.but itching is not. dr. prescibed.cetrizine 10 mg twice.mutivitamin,vitamin c ,tab acyclovir 400 twice. Then he changed to allegra 180 but not getting relief.these spots are painless.no fever no itching came during this.no other symptoms except these red spots Dont know what it is Currently i am om ship. kindly advice what exactly it is Is it contagious or not
