Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

After few weeks of my nose piercing a small bump has appeared...it doesn't pain much but is also going no where... What shall I do.

I have my wedding after one month , i have normal skin tone , what product Should i use on my face to get glowing fair skin ? Currently using kojitin gel .

Please suggest home remedies to get rid of Molluscum Contagious , remedy or treatment that can be done. Please let me know how long this virus will be active in one's body..

April 2020: i had red spot on legs , hand, back, ear,forehead. Observed for 4 months 31 march 2021: now this year same red spot appeared on leg, hand, few on back, nose, ear (attaching pic). Start with Needle kind of itichyness and pinpoint pain and next day red dot will appear. They will stay for 15 days. I took atarax 25mg for 7 days and applying coconut oil to avoid dryness. But its not working Suggest me what is do be done?

I have some facial hair on my chin and neck. Although I had on face those are tiny. But now on the chin and neck, there are new hair growth.And it is visible.

The doc has diagonised me  with Androgenic alopecia and telogen effluvium and has prescribed tablets and the use of minoxidil. Is there any other way to treat rather than using minoxidil?

Does vitamin d and iron deficiency cause hair loss and hair thinning? And i also have acidity and bloating problem for last 2-3 years.
