Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

My nail is completely yellow. So cut it off. And then when it grew back, it is again yellow. And it's somewhat detached from the nail bed as well. I have been in this problem since two and a half years. And I want it to be corrected. Please please help me.

I have sweat everytime on my palm and paw  specially in summers which is very uncomfortable and irritating for me. This problem i am facing since last 6 years.

Which is the best soap to be used during rainy season , please suggest and what food is good for the skin.

Does these neem, tulsi etc. anti bacterial soap like Neem austro soap can prevent us from coronavirus??? I mean if we have to go out for work and then we need to immediately wash our hands as soon as we enter the house. Pleaseeee suggest soaps like these because I am having itching and skin peeling due to excessive use of sanitizers and dettol, lifebouy handwashs.

I have given birth to baby pn 20th oct 2019. After 3 months , there was  lice in my hair.. i used many products and it got disappeared afetr almost 1 year. But Hair fall continued and now it is increased from past 6 months
