Hi I have extremely dry, brittle and damaged hair. Also, I have dandruff. What can I do? And can I oil my hair? Will that make dandruff worse?

I wanted to know if hair PRP treatment good for hair regrowth and how much duration does it take for the process?

I am suffering from ingrown toenail problem since last 6 years .
