Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

In the groin area i have having redness and itchness which is peading to flaking and peeling of skin. I have tried OTC like itch guard, but it is not helping. Please suggest.

There's this weird dry outgrowth of dead skin on both the thumbs of my feet. This condition gets slightly better in winters or when I wear socks, but now it's worst. The growth extends outside the thumbs, when I stand or lay my feet flat against the floor, thus is slightly uncomfortable. This is painless, so I don't know what is this? My skin isn't even dry during summers. Can someone please tell me what this might be? Or is it something serious?

Infact somebody told me to apply turmeric with coconut oil I had tried that also. I don't have any pain n it is like that only from last 4 yrs.
