I have combined skin, in t zone oily & other part of the face dry, now dry area became flaky, what to do?

Hi...my name is Rohini.2 months back I had my c section.after that i used a waist belt from 14th day.I used belt few days then after i knew that i lost my touch around 3 inches above the stitches...at present i am not using the belt...even though the same problem continues...i dnt know why it is happening...plzz let me know the reason...

I am suffering from Hidradenitis Suppurativa since 2011 with recurring large abscess in both my underarms in the same location and sometimes in the groin area. Can this problem be cured with homeopathy?

I have had little bit of an acne issue but major concern is the acne marks that I have on my face, upon consultation with a dermatologist I was recommended to use Fash Os face wash, clin 3 gel (morning) and Adapalene gel microspheres 0.1% (night).. I do not see much effect on the acne scars. Do I need to change the medication? Also after using the face wash recommended I have noticed that the area around my eyes have darkened (reddish brown) as though the dark circles have increased a lot , the under eye and eye lids area seems to be very dry too. Please let me know.
