I use odomos cream on hands and arm everyday for 1 hour after which I'll have bath. Is Odomos safe for daily 1 hour use?

My knuckles are very dark, I already consulted a dermatologist he provided medicine Tretin 0.05 in the night and glyco 12% in the morning After using these medicines for more than 7 months no use I couldn't see much difference on my knuckles darkness and wrinkles.. Please do the needfull am suffering a lot because of this problem.
