Hi Doctors, Please find attached my photos of issue which I'm facing from many years like 4 to 5 years this issue is there. Blackish patches at both the under arms. It does not hurt or itch. When it started it was lighter in colour but now it's bit darker. Request you to let me know issues I'm facing with this blackish patches. Thank you in advance!

I have scalp psoriasis,before some months (one year back)I used topisal lotion and coaltar salicylic acid shampoo and it cured with less days..after some months I found it again..(two months back)..I didn't go to doctor as of our pandemic situation and I bought the ionax shampoo and topisal lotion..but now,no any difference to scalp condition..it's being more than 2 weeks that Iam using...
