Tofacitinib for Alopecia Areata
Can I use Tofacitinib for Alopecia Areata treatment? I have Alopecia Areata which started with first patch since 2018 but now I have 5-6 patches in my scalp. Only scalp is effected with this, that too without itching and redness. I have tried multiple Homeopathy treatments but nothing worked. I want to resolve this with JAK inhibitors. Can I take them ?

You haven't taken any proper treatment for alopecia. Homeopathy doesn't count. First, consult a doctor. Based on your the severity of your condition, you will either be offered injection treatment or some oral medicines. Don't play Dr-Dr on Google. It can be dangerous.
