Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

In the month of April 2021 I had covid pneumonia. From past one month hair fall is excess. I'm doing regular exercise and on healthy diet.

My hands skin is peeling frequently form last 2 months when I apply coconut oil peeling stops for some day but after that hands starts peeling again and skin between the fingers turns black and then peels of completely and new skin comes and after some days this happens again .ease suggest something and what can be the cause of this ?

Recently post covid I have been experiencing severe hair fall from last 6 weeks. I have consulted dermatologist, he said I have telegon effluvium and prescribed few supplements like orofer xt and keralog eva. He also suggested me halox 0.05% twice daily for 4 weeks. I started using the medicine but I m really doubtful to use halox lotion. In addition to the pills, I have been using densita (not yet started halox). It's been 7days but the hairfall is still huge with lumps of hair oozing from my scalp after every time I comb my hair. Pls suggest me whether it is safe to use halox 0.05% for hairfall though I don't have any allergy?

My hair are falling very fast even hair from my beard also coming out. Please tell me solution.Thanks
