Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I had a blood test done recently, but because I moved from that place I was unable to take advice from the doctor, hence can anyone here tell me if my blood report is normal. I did the blood report because I was having hair loss and the doctor said he would like to see if everything is fine from the inside (blood)

Does taking ivermectin 12 mg cause skin rashes? Kind of ringworm over inner thighs and around neck area ? Also, I have used derma roller which I suspect was clean (it's my personal one though). Does using unclean dermaroller cause tinea facei or ring worms. I have also been using Hair4U F solution, does this solution cause tinea facei or ringworm ? Any advise is greatly appreciated, thanks.

Since a week I've been having lots of hives all over the body(mainly on my neck, inner thighs). They tend to appear daily evening and lasts throughout the night. They are itchy , and appears alot all over the body sometimes even on my lower lip which is kind of painful when the lip swells. I am pretty sure I didn't eat anything unusual. Just the same homemade food that I take daily.

I had first outbreak on September 2020 .I have tested on November I got hsv 1 igm positive 37.9 Au/ml I had an out break on June but very small blister under my tongue. Do I need any treatment or it just come and go.the level I got in blood test can that be reduced 37.9 or it remains the same after treatment also.
