I tested for VDRL and RPR both are negative but TPHA result is +ve with titer 1:160.I don't have any chancres,lesions,rashes or any other symptoms.I did not have syphilis before.Its the first time I tested positive.I got tested for VDRL for 4 times in last 2 years but every time its negative. In which of stage of syphilis I am in and is the titer of 1:160 serious? What is treatment course?

Few days back I bought a discover pilgrim's redensyl and anagin hair serum.and day before yesterday I give it a tr I have only used quite few drops on hair and massaged it well.as per the direction of the bottle I leaved it overnight.next day when I woke up I got itching in my hair all I can do was only to scratch to stop the itching. today also when I worked up in the morning I feel the same itchiness although I didn't apply the serum after use.so it good to continue that serum for my hair?
