Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hello, I am noticing hair loss from the front of my head.. I have hypothyroidism from Dec 2017 now I am experiencing thinning of hair from the hair line (maang se) please let me know the issue. My periods are normal. Please guide me. I want to treat it. My mother has good hair growth but my father lost hair with time. I too had good hair but dont know why now I am losing them

Its been 7 months now since i have delivered baby. Post delivery , i had excessive hair fall, and i was looking bald from temple area. Then my doctor prescribed me VB7 hair tablets and Q sera and Morr pro serum . But now she is saying me to apply minopep lotion. While reading on internet, i read it is for males and also it may cause hair growth in other areas as well along with scalp. Is that true. Should i go ahead to apply minopep or not ??

I am suffering from a excessive hair loss .Day by day the hair loss is increasing. Now my scalp is also getting visible and my hair getting thinner day by day.i tried some remedies but it didn't worked. Kindly suggest something to prevent this hair fall.
