Dark circles and spots

Sir, I have dark circles around my eye and a doctor suggested me to use anti glare spectacles while using any device.I have been using it quite a while.Specs caused some dark spots on my nose.I have browsed and came to know that aloevera gel is good for both dark circles and dark spots on nose.Is it true? What are your suggestions?
