Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I was actually diagnosed with perianal abscess a month ago. I consulted surgeon,he decided to do incision. I have itching around the lump and if I rub that place it become slightly red with small bumps.I am thinking it might be some kind of fungal infection. Is it ok to go for incision of that lump with above condition? Thankyou so much in advance for help

Two days back I got a red insect like bite rash on the face which is of the size of a pea. It itches and pains too. Should I be worried?

I have skin whitening in left hand index finger as shown in photo. Previously also I had similar problem in the back of right hand as shown in one photo and based on doctor advice I used eurosome cream at night and it got resolve in few days. But index finger issue is not getting resolved even after many applications of eurosome. It gets better for some days and then worse again. Also this time small cuts come and go in the affected area. Please suggest how to treat this.
