I got prescribed by dr.ustavi she prescribed Medicines for pimples but still not got Resolved I am worried

My lips have become black due to smoking. I have quit now but the color of my lips does not seem to improve. Need suggestions as to what possible treatments available ? Checked the internet for solutions, laser treatment seems to be a feasible option, a bit expensive though. Will it give promising results?

Hi, From last 10 years there is dandruff like thing on my scalp but slowly it has grown to thick flakes which is stuck on my scalp...even after hair wash it is not coming off. The scalp is itchy and hair fall is happening a lot. The thick flakes are like patches and covered overall scalp. I have taken homeopathy or home remedies but nothing worked . Please let me know what it is and is it serious??
