Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

It comes and goes but now it's become worse and I have a very important function coming up so want clear and fair skin please suggest what to do

I have shingles rashes which is very painful. Its been more than 10 days . I finished my prescribed valcyclovir meds and 3 more days of pending pregabalin. The rashes are turning black but the pain is still the same, infact it's kind of nerve pain. I informed my doctor she asked me to continue with pregabalin if there is nerve pain but dint mention for how many more and days and dint respond later. Can u pls tell me how long will this nerve pain persist.. it's from my right underarm till my upper arm.

I am having rashes on skin mainly on the neck, thighs and underarms. I don't have fever/cold/cough or any other symptom of Covid. Can skin rashes be the only symptom and should I test for Covid?
