Hi, I have a sebaceous cyst. I got to know that surgery is the only option,but this can come again after the surgery also is that true? Should i go for the surgery then??

Hi Doctor, had used Klairs Vitamin C 5% Ascorbic acid serum for 3-5 weeks. Got dry red patches with bumps on face just above cheeks. Now have stopped using the serum but left with dark spots. Kindly advise how to reduce the dark spots.

Since last few days i have been noticing itchy bumps developing randomly at different part of my body. They come and go and make me scratch till it turn into a rash. I have attached a pic. Not sure what to do.

I am an intravenous drug user. I inject fetanyl daily. I have not recently injected in my legs but I have both feet. About a week ago I had a sore pop up on my left leg. It is now open and leaking orange grease like fluid as well as yellowish puss. My whole leg is also flaking and peeling tremendously. There are now 3 deep open wounds that all have the same fluid coming out. Two days ago I had it bandaged with gauze which I sprayed with bactine spray and wrapped it with a self adhesive bandage, it was wrapped up for at least 24 hrs. When I unwrapped it the same puss and fluid I explained exploded from all 3 wounds . I have tried to extract the rest of it out but the pain is unbearable. I have no symptoms other then 10/10 pain and I am also in constant withdrawal, and it takes larger doses to come out of withdrawal. It is very difficult for me to walk. Does this sound fatal? The first photo is from just now and the second is from last night after cleaning it with antibacterial soap.

I have been getting flat moles (til) on my face since last year. They keep increasing in number. I have also had irregular periods , due to hormonal imbalance,I took medicine for which 2 months ago and they became regular again. Is there any treatment available?

I have been recommended by my dermat to use elastril cream for acne scars! How will it help? And how much time will it take ? Will it go completely?

Dr am consulting a skin specialist from. 2 months using products of sebamed face wash, aziderm cream for acne and glaede cream for skin lightening and depigmenting cream but still i am having acne small one that i can feel and am not even using any make up please help
