Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

There are small black spots all aver my thighs and after ggetting pimples in my face i got black spots on my face as because i scratche those pimples -(mainly present in forehead , cheeks,undr lower lips)

I'm having excessive Hairfall from past few weeks. I do braids before sleeping at night. Bt im realising that it became much thinner. I'm quite stress now. Ive hormonal issues too. Can i get back thick hair?

Hello Sir/Madam, Since last two week my skin looks so dry ( except face ) and seeing dead skin on shoulder, elbow, leg, wrist and arms. I am feeling uncomfortable-irritation while sleeping and body movement.i use ponds moisturizer body lotion and dave soap but not sure how suddenly seeing this issue.pls suggest.
