How to treat extreme hairfall and dandruff?
No any other medical conditions or stress or medications .
Eats a lot of non vegetarian protien rich foods.
Dilutes shampoo and uses on scalp twice a week .
Not applying any other chemicals or products
Applies coconut oil once in a week
Doesn't wash hair more than twice a week
No heating, coloring,straightening used.
Typically, i can't see anything that i am doing wrong on my hair but the hair fall is extremely heavy.
Can i get any shampoo suggestions or diet or good oil suggestion to reduce hairfall ?

If u have dandruff plz avoid oiling ur hair
Consult to add hair supplements and a detailed study to understand the cause of ur hair-fall and have it treated.
Stop using coconut oil, change shampoo.
Eat green leafy veggies.
