My wife, mother of a 5 months baby is facing skin issues. Red rashes and itching on hands, neck and shoulder and upper waist. Some parts have normal rashes (daffad) while other has red spikes that can be felt by touch (laal daane). Please suggest what to be done given that she is a mother of 5 month old.
