I have lots acne and acne scar problems ,i using lots creams but i didnt get result,i take 4 sitting of micro needling treatment and i siiting of laser treatment but i dont get good result .4 years before i used retinol 0.05 cream that time i get much better result my acne and scars are gone .my skin colour is changed then i got foreingn i stop using that cream one month later i going to the same situation so i requesting can you suggest  a better retinol cream for regular using

Dear sir, My father is 63 years old and is suffering from cellulitis for 3 days,left leg swelled out n pus is coming out.he is under medication of piptaz4.5,metrogyl 100ml twice a day.leg is covered with bandage,his S.creatine is 1.4-1.5.no diabetic,no BP. After 3 days injection it's slightly reduced.how long will it take to recover completely?.are we get more dose of antibiotics than this one on him due to S.creatine level? kindly help us.
