Lower part of my body the thigh region has many black spots and pigmentation. Skin is not clear ,developed this pigmentation issue few months back and acne years back.

I shifted to Zurich , Switzerland and since last November 2021 i am experiencing heavy hair fall. I see dandruff on my scalp and after 2-3 days of wash my scalp starts itching and I can feel hair falling out from roots. Whenever I apply hair oil the hair fall increases even more. Dear Sir/Ma'am, Suddenly for a couple of weeks I feel tremendous itching between two toes. I found the infected area has whitened and while itching small pieces of skin coming out. Hello docters Actually in 2018 i do surgery for that like... That docter take nail and after surgery i get new nail.. last 45 days back I cutting my nail by nail cutter ah that time my nail Is cutted that like and after some days I get some blood also i used antibatic Medican it's not cure Now what I have to do... Can u plz suggestion me... Present now i am suffering with viral fever also.. is it any dagoures condition or can I take some couple of days and go for forther tertement plz suggestion me thanks
