Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have rashes on my neck and chest it turned red and it's very itchy all the time. I used to put hand on those rashes. I put ointment on that. Bt it's very complex. Pls provide me with some solution.

I have been suffering from keratosis (i think so based on Google search and images) on my inner thighs and buttocks since 15-18 years of age . With time I've even developed too much blackheads on my inner thighs and buttocks too. And textured broken skin. Pimples like red spots and sometimes active pimples, blackheads, and kp I contacted my local dermatologist who recommended just *nexleen* moisturizer and to apply it atleast 5-7 times a day on both areas but it didn't give me result and problem is still there.  He also suggested me that weight loss should be done whereas i feel many of who i know are much more in weight than me have no problem of such kind. Highly embarassing issue.

Suffering from facial hyperhydrosis from any year so I take opinion from Dermatologist online and he prescribed tropan 5mg twice a day which I was taking from one month so is it safe if I continue more than one month like for a year or more
