Ulcer on lower stomach
Pic attached. I have got these on my lower part of stomach. What's the cause and cure of this? I am overweight.

It looks like viral wart, although the isolated lesion on the left looks a bit weird for a wart, at least in this photo.
If there were just one or two lesions, sometimes it goes away on its own, or with ointments. Since you have a bit more, it may spread, and less likely to go away on its own anytime soon. So its best to consult a dermatologist in-person. Also, a few tests can be ordered by her or him if needed after close examination of it. Hope you got some clarity to seek help, even if not a cure.
From the photo, it looks mostly like warts, which in itself is not a big worry.

Treatment options include ointments, and procedures like electrocaurery (where these lesions are carefully kind of burnt off) and other such.
