Ulcer on lower stomach
Pic attached. I have got these on my lower part of stomach. What's the cause and cure of this? I am overweight.

It looks like viral wart, although the isolated  lesion on the left looks a bit weird for a wart, at least in this photo. If there were just one or two lesions, sometimes it goes away on its own, or with ointments. Since you have a bit more, it may spread, and less likely to go away on its own anytime soon. So its best to consult a dermatologist in-person. Also, a few tests can be ordered by her or him if needed after close examination of it. Hope you got some clarity to seek help, even if not a cure. From the photo, it looks mostly like warts, which in itself is not a big worry.

Treatment options include ointments, and procedures like electrocaurery (where these lesions are  carefully kind of burnt off) and other such.

If you have close contact with someone else with warts, you can advise them to get treated too. Also be mindful, that it can spread from you to others too - not by just being around, only if there is contact with these lesions.
