Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I've keloid on my right ear and one on my belly and two at my pubic area. It all started long ago first on left year. I had operation on my ear it went away then I pierced my ear everything was alright but all of a sudden the keloid grew. I've seen doctors but it's not working but increasing. First surgery: 2016, pierced again: 2020, keloid grew again : 2021 I also have sudden dark stretchmarks on my stomach and I've dark circles I can't get rid off.

I have melasma. 1 dark spot on Right cheek. Doctor suggested me to use Yuvi Guard Nano Gel cream along with some tablets. Is there any cheaper and effective alternative to yuvi guard nano gel with same contents. Pls gudie

Hi Dr., I have a small rough patch on my lips which feels so dry and scaly and it is bit paining/ burning like chapped lips. It is only on one small area of lips and it has been 4-5 weeks it has not resolved. Please look at the attached photo. Please can you advice what should i do? What could this be? Rest of my lips feel fine except this patch. Please help.

Hi..i was prescribed a pasilow tablet for my eczema for 25 days. I haven't taken the medicine yet as I have got cold and am waiting for it to subdue. Is it good to take immunosuppressants during winter where I catch cold easily. I have heard that cold can develop into pneumonia while taking immunosuppressants. My worry is what if cold turns into a bigger problem because of taking pasilow tablet. Can you please advise if i can go ahead and take immunosuppressants?

I use Mintop Eva once every night (had telogen effluvium last year). I am going to global colour dye my hair. I want to know if there should be any changes in Mintop application when I dye. Should I not apply Mintop the day when I dye? I am confused. Please clarify, thanks.
