Telogen effluvium and seborrheic dermatitis are causes of hairfall. This both can be interlinked. Apart from this there are various other causes of hairfall. You need to understand etiopathogenesis of all this. Also detail history and examination is needed after which treatment will be given. Consult online for the same.

Yes ...can cause telogen effluvium. For that you have to first treat seborrheic dermatitis along with that take biotin supplements and hair serums. Include Protein rich diet also
