Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I had consulted a dermatologist for better skin care routine she had prescribed me retina-A 0.1% gel since I had very few pimples and bumpy textured face she asked me to apply it everyday for 30min adding 30min every week till a month, I have used it for 5 days but i have a burning sensation on the 5th day of use on my right chin and also increased small pimples can i just stop the gel completely. Is this gel is really necessary?

Hi! 3 days ago I took my booster shot for COVID vaccination. After that I had a fever with body pain for 2 days for which I took prescribed Zerodol but along with the fever my whole body has started itching continuously. Although the itching hasn't caused any acne but it's very irritating to scratch all day long from face face to ankle. I maintain my Hygiene also I've applied Mostiurizer, coconut oil also ice but nothing is working.

I have noticed that after using any product on my face or after sun exposure lots of whiteheads came out specially in T line and my skin tone is bit dark... this is happened after came back from beach side.skin is oliy in T area and upparlip whiteheads have little pain also. Please tell me the reason why it's happening and what to do

Hi , I am a 30 year old female ..suffering from adult thumb sucking ..I tend to suck my thumb when I am asleep ..I.e not in my consciousness...this leads to making my face with sucked cheeks and severe depression ..I have been dealing with this issue by wearing socks before I sleep ..when sometimes once a year that socks got removed and I sucked my thumb .. really don't know how to deal with this ...it's eating me ..
