Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

There are sudden acne visible on my back after 5 days of waxing. Is it serious? I am attaching a picture for reference

Hlo sir/ mam Yesterday i hv observed small  3 white patches on my husband's neck . He has dandruff on scalp. There is no redness around the patch and no pain , no irritation but looks like white scaly patch. That scaly patch has disappeared as soon as i applied Vaseline moisturizer. I have extreme dandruff and flaking on my scalp. The dandruff is sticking to my scalp and when i itch it to get it off my scalp blood comes out. Please help with free advice. I have already tried selsun it didn't help me.

I have this dandruff on my moustache,beard and even on my eyebrows. I scratch  it daily but I see it recurring next day. I tried oiling it but no effect . I little sceptical about using dandruff shampoo as I doubt it might damage my hair follicles or even grey them . Can you suggest any remedy without having any bad effects on my beard and moustache. Note :I have no other health issues and not under any medication. Thank you

There is a patch kind of round red inflamed and painful lump thing on hip.. its been 5 days the size is increasing and causing discomfort.. There is NO itching.. Pls suggest
