I am having skin goosebumps type rashes
I am having skin goosebumps type rashes on chest area and mainly on back sometimes its ichy, it seems kind of dryness, i read and found it can cause due to vit A deficiency. I dnt know abt vit A but do have vit D and iron deficiency for which taking supplements already. Should i start vit A med as well, if yes please suggest any

It can be keratosis Pilaris or papular rash or Dermatitis Need to be treated correctly to prevent further spread Need complete evaluation and history for diagnosis, After that  correct treatment options can be provided Use calamine lotion for now So kindly consult on-line for further evaluation and prescription
