Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hello. Have noticed these white patches on my 11 month olds face. Can anybody tell me what is it? Taking him to his pedia tomorrow. Attaching the image.

My hair started to fall with a gross change in its texture. I have tried many shampoo, conditioners,and oil but the problem is not going away Please suggest

Hlo sir/ mam Yesterday i hv observed small  3 white patches on my husband's neck . He has dandruff on scalp. There is no redness around the patch and no pain , no irritation but looks like white scaly patch. That scaly patch has disappeared as soon as i applied Vaseline moisturizer. I have extreme dandruff and flaking on my scalp. The dandruff is sticking to my scalp and when i itch it to get it off my scalp blood comes out. Please help with free advice. I have already tried selsun it didn't help me.
