Hi, my husband suffering from azzospermia, i have regular periods, i do not have any health issue, we want baby, but he is afraid of doing biopsy, so i told him that needle therepy dosnt occur any damage, so we are. Planning to do iui, and one more thing we dsnt know which kind of azoo he has either obsterctive or non obs. Plaess let me know what tretment should be best for us iui, icsi, or ivf. According to my search ivf is very costly n we can not afford it rgt now. But i want child as early as possible. Plaese help in this condition, i am totally frastrated now.

I have undergone more than five hiv combo test from lal path lab and all were negative. Test were done after two years of possible exposure. What is the reliability of private labs like dr lal path lab. I have given the blood sample in collection centre of lal path lab and not in the main lab directly. Is there any possibilty of sample mix up in collection centre? Also in three instances the sample collection date given was wrong and when i enquired regarding the same the collection centre said sometime the main lab put the sample received date as the collection date and i need not worry? Should i need to be concerened over this incident and do i require to carry out more test?
