I have suffering from pain in my right Testicul it has been swollen while playing cricket it was hurt by ball

I have been a genetial warts on my right thigh please help me on this. to whom i have to concern this problem

I have undergone more than five hiv combo test from lal path lab and all were negative. Test were done after two years of possible exposure. What is the reliability of private labs like dr lal path lab. I have given the blood sample in collection centre of lal path lab and not in the main lab directly. Is there any possibilty of sample mix up in collection centre? Also in three instances the sample collection date given was wrong and when i enquired regarding the same the collection centre said sometime the main lab put the sample received date as the collection date and i need not worry? Should i need to be concerened over this incident and do i require to carry out more test?
