Hi sir I have tested last exposer Then I tested with Pcr dna 9th week not detected Then after i tested with 82 day negative Then 88 day negative Tridot test Is it enough or not I have symptoms like tongue unde little sore

My scrotem is enlarged since childhood .I think it might be hydrocele .I want to go for surgery but m afraid of it.as my career option is navy if I go for surgery I think I would not be able to go for navy. Plz suggest me.

I have a large pimple looking bump on my private. I am a 20 year old man. It looks like it is filled with puss and it only hurts when it rubs on something. it is about half way down my private on the shaft area. i can go to the bathroom just fine and aside from the bump there is nothing else wrong. i am starting to get scared and i want to go to the doctor but i am busy this weekend.
