I noticed some bumps on the penile shaft lower side about 2 months back...did not pay much attention at that time. The bumps persisted so far. I have attached an image. Can you please advise if these are fordyce spots or something else? If not fordyce spots, what are they? Thanks

Hi sir, I took treatment in December for VDRL positive and test repeated for every month almost 4 times results are negative and TPHA is positive. Yesterday I have repeated test once again now VDRL is positive but no measurement and TPHA positive. I am very confusing how it became positive again. I have repeated test in different labs for each time. Pls help me with solution. I am very bother about this. Thanks in advance for your valuable time in answering my question.
