Swell on epdididymiss. Some times having pain on testical. Is it any realted to testical cancer. Wt are the symptoms for that.

After siemen analysis, Doctor has confirmed me that I have varicocele issue, and suggested to go for scrotal Doppler study test and after the reports he suggested me for surgery, I am in little confusion of this, I am looking for second opinion and also someone kindly suggest the way forward and and the issues after having going through this surgery, some one kindly help me in taking the right decision.

I have to wakeup 2-3 times every night due to nocturia. Prostate size is normal. Then why am i facing nocturia? I have consulted doctors . But even after taking medicine for 2 months, the problem was not resolved. Medicine like afdura worked 2 years ago . Can i start taking it?

I noticed some bumps on the penile shaft lower side about 2 months back...did not pay much attention at that time. The bumps persisted so far. I have attached an image. Can you please advise if these are fordyce spots or something else? If not fordyce spots, what are they? Thanks

Irregular montly problem which is not getting stoped even after having tablets. Instead the pro b lem is having it more after eating but it is still not getting stopped. Hi sir, I took treatment in December for VDRL positive and test repeated for every month almost 4 times results are negative and TPHA is positive. Yesterday I have repeated test once again now VDRL is positive but no measurement and TPHA positive. I am very confusing how it became positive again. I have repeated test in different labs for each time. Pls help me with solution. I am very bother about this. Thanks in advance for your valuable time in answering my question.
