I need to manstrubate every 2 days if i dont do soo I face problem sleeping at night also get easily frustruated.Please help me....I need to being my health to normal cause at this frequency I am loosing all my energy I want to stop it by bring it to atleast once a week...I have heard that manstrubation is ok and healthy but I personally feel it take all my energies away.
