I have observed a big lump on the left side of my scrontum.I am 22 years old.I am a bit worried now could u please suggest what steps should I take in order to feel safe?

Sir during my 12 there was a swelling and pain in one of my testies i got consulted with doctor it got cured but after few days my testies became smaller and small. Later due to some reason I could not able to go to doctor but now it's already few years passed it is still same what i have to do
